FAQ

Regenerative Medicine:

In the US,  it is becoming more common to seek alternative treatments for medical conditions using stem cell therapy or stem cell-based treatments. Some of the options that you may have been offered include cord blood products, Wharton's jelly, adipose-derived stem cells, bone marrow-derived stem cells….and Exosomes.

Some products are available from labs for physicians to administer to patients, while other stem cell-based options are harvested directly from a patient, then re-administered to the patient.

At Regenerative Solutions of NJ, Dr. Spiel utilizes Exosomes from Kimera Labs. Exosomes have quickly grown in popularity amongst scientists, physicians and patients to become the treatment of choice for patients who can benefit from regenerative therapies. Exosomes are best known for safety and efficacy. They are commonly used to treat many medical conditions with excellent results.

If you are considering stem cell-based treatment, learn the benefit of EXOSOMES…safety and efficacy.

Are all stem cell-based treatments the same?

NO. Safety and benefit are the two important aspects to consider. While some products on the market can be administered with ease, they may not offer good results or may be associated with risk. At Regenerative Solutions of NJ, Exosomes are the preferred treatment due to safety and efficacy.

Can Exosomes help with joint pain?

Exosomes are commonly used to help with joint pain. Exosomes have strong anti-inflammatory properties and are pro-growth.

Are exosomes harvested from a patient?

No. Exosomes from Kimera Labs are sourced from donated placental tissue from healthy births. Stem cells are harvested, and the secretions containing Exosomes are collected.

Does insurance cover regenerative treatments?

Typically, insurance does not cover regenerative treatments. We offer various payment plans for patients, so they can fit it into a budget.

How many treatments are needed?

This varies based on a number of factors, including the condition being treated, the severity of the condition and the patient’s response. Some patients require only one treatment, while others may have to undergo more than one.

How soon after treatment, does a patient see results?

This varies from patient to patient. It can sometimes take some time to start seeing changes. We typically expect to start to see changes by approximately 12 weeks.

Why do we only offer treatment with Exosomes?

The doctor strongly believes that is the best option available.

Where can you learn more about Exosomes and stem cell-based treatments?

Watch some of the videos of Dr. Spiel lecturing to physicians at various conferences, to educate other physicians.

If PRP hasn’t helped, does that mean Exosomes won’t help?

Exosomes are different than PRP and have a different effect and results.
